We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your new CAPiTA snowboard doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase in its original, unused condition. Please ensure all factory shrink wrap and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Board

  Securely pack the unused snowboard in its original shipping box, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the board for original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
